Can we have clean, cheap, reliable energy?

The format will be presentations followed by a panel discussion.
Speakers include Dr Jan Wright, former Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment, who will talk on ‘Decarbonising New Zealand’s Energy System – The Big Picture’.

Note: The in-person event will operate under Covid Level 2 conditions, which means everyone must book a seat even though admission is free (no charge). The Towards 2030 series of Christchurch Conversations is led by Te Putahi Centre for Architecture and City-Making. It is supported by the Christchurch City Council, It’s Time Canterbury, and the Huritanga thread of the Building Better Homes, Towns and Cities National Science Challenge.
