ECO AGM and Workshop – Wellington

Dear Friends and Members
You will have received the invitation to our 2019 AGM, and will have noticed that we are  running a Members and Friends Workshop, not a Conference this year.
We want to focus on engaging with our Member Groups and Friends on future planning for ECO, to ensure that we remain relevant, effective and have appropriate capacity for our work.
It is vital that, as an organisation of organisations, our members are involved in our forward planning.  We ask that as many of you as possible come and join this discussion in Wellington at the St Andrew’s Centre, in Conference Room 3, at 30 The Terrace, Wellington CBD.
Since we will be workshopping, we would like members to attend in person if at all possible.
We will provide  electronic connectivity for those who want to participate but are unable to attend in person.

As technology develops and issues change, organisations like ours must ensure that we are not only meeting our own constitutional objectives, but also the expectations of our members, and that we have the resources to do this.

So, please discuss with your group what you think ECO’s strengths and weaknesses are, how we can do better and how we can marshall resources for this.
We would love to hear your thoughts and look forward to your input and support in making sure that ECO continues to be the vital organisation that it is.
