ECO Canterbury Network Forum

13 March at 8:30 pm - 10:30 pm

A meeting for environment and conservation groups to respond to the local government (Environment Canterbury and Christchurch City Council) long-term plans. What do we like? What do we want? How to respond.

The meeting will have a panel of guests giving a short introduction to the main issues, particularly around biodiversity and climate, and then be an open forum for discussion and action. This is THE MEETING WHERE WE CAN WORK TOGETHER ON HOW WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE….

Remember ECAN has organised a meeting the week before for CCC and ECAN to present their plans …with guidance from Waihora-Ellesmere Trust and others.

We have a Panel giving short introductions and a time for a good interactive forum discussing what we need to know and do. ECAN Councillors Cynthia Roberts, Lan Pham have confirmed along with Charles Drace from 350 Christchurch.

Please put this really important meeting in your diaries and pass it through your networks. And above all – come!
