This brand new film covers  the expanding range of local food producing initiatives throughout Aotearoa New Zealand, with a particular emphasis on protecting heritage fruit trees and engaging communities in using public land for improving public nutrition and building community. It also covers the efforts of a range of community gardeners, sustainability advocates and others to turn a crisis (the earthquakes) into an opportunity to turn Christchurch into an Edible Garden City.
