Jargon…..it is pretty hard not to get caught up in the buzzwords that fly around and it is amazing to recognise just how much they set boundares around what we can/cannot achieve.

As a society we have been using the word Sustainable for a good few years now…maybe more than 10 years now? I have a certain perception around what sustainable means to me and how it limits us…and I now sit with the term Regenerative.

I am really keen to explore what inviting a way of living that is regenerative would open up for us and what changes we might make in the short term that impacts our long term. I am also keen to explore how we can support each other on this journey.

Pedro, the legend behind the amazing food at XCHC, will be cooking a 3 course meal that will be vegan and cater for gluten free diets too. We will sit and share kai, and share our thoughts and feelings around this topic. We will leave feeling energised with an invigorated sense of purpose and keen to explore our world through a new lens…
