Sustainable Living Series: Kimchi

There are huge benefits for our general health and well-being when introducing live bacteria to our diet.
Fermented foods contain vitamins, enzymes, probiotics and nutrients that provide what we need to build a happy gut, a stronger immune system & a healthier you.
In the workshop, we will learn how to make basic Kimchi, Vegan option available.
Everyone should come with a curious appetite and open mind and leave with a jar of delicious, custom made kimchi that one can observe and enjoy during the weeks ahead.
Please bring 1 or 2 Large wide mouth jars with screw lids for you to be able to take some Kimchi home
