Weeding bee Port Saddle, Lyttelton

Port Saddle restoration project is a partnership between Banks Peninsula Conservation Trust and Lyttelton Port Company (LPC). Our vision is for LPC’s 17 ha Port Saddle to be restored back to native bush supporting enhanced biodiversity, flora and fauna. So far we’ve planted 1750 plants on this site and we need to weed around the plants to ensure they get the best chance possible. Come and be part of this exciting project, spend time in nature and connect with like minded people.
